The unique demands of grant funding, donor solicitation and client needs can make leadership seem like a lonely, thankless job that is never done. Coaching services can help you hone your natural instincts, develop new skills and have a neutral sounding board during the tough times. It can also help you make an honest appraisal of your current job situation and future career path. The Leadership Group has two former, long-time, nonprofit Executives who have seen it all, done it all, endured the sleepless nights and found the confidence that comes from experience. We know how easily you can slip into the "I need to do it all" mindset that causes burnout and anxiety and makes you less effective as a leader. Learn from experience and experience the affirmation that comes from having personalized coaching services. We will encourage your strengths and help you create a plan to work on your weaknesses. We'll then keep you focused on your professional and organizational goals. You can customize the amount and intensity of coaching you desire. The following individual and packaged services are available: You choose the plan that works for you. We recommend at least one face to face coaching session per month at a minimum. On-going phone consultation requires at least two face to face sessions for goal setting and preliminary assessment. Using a Leadership Practices Inventory and personal interview we will identify your leadership strengths and challenges. A customized report that informs future goal setting is included. -Face to Face Coaching Services A series of structured 1 hour coaching sessions that work on professional and organizational goal setting and goal achievement. Each session is devoted to enhancing your leadership style and practice through use of real-time situations. To ensure effectiveness of the coaching service it is strongly recommended that these sessions be scheduled at least once a month. *The sessions can be held at your place of work but there is a surcharge for locations that require more than one hour travel time. -Individualized Skill Training Personalized skill training in common nonprofit tasks including grant writing, grant management, budget preparation, budget/fiscal monitoring, public speaking, supervision and Board/Executive relationships. The price includes a prior review of materials to assess current skills. If you have a need in a skill area not listed, please let us know. -Phone Consultation/Coaching Pre-scheduled or problem-response phone consultations to augment face to face coaching. Phone coaching can work as a follow up service once basic goals are achieved or as a sounding board as problems arise. Sessions are billed at a half-hour minimum. Package rates include a one hour interview with the coach before making a final commitment 6 Month Plan (minimum 6 month contract required) Initial Leadership Assessment Monthly Face to Face Structured Coaching Session plus 1 additional goal setting session Up to 2 hours per month of phone/e-mail consultation 1 Personalized Skill Training Session on topic of your choice 12 Month Plan (minimum of 12 month contract required) Initial Leadership Assessment Monthly Face to Face Structured Coaching Session plus 1 additional goal setting session Up to 2 hours per month of phone/e-mail consultation 2 Personalized Skill Training Sessions on topic of your choice |
